Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Lara Test, Rainbow Street 1, 90403 Nuremberg, DE, info+1@flowaway.org of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below or the withdrawal button at https://book.flowaway.org/withdraw?lang=en, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. If you asked for the classes to start during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount in proportion to the classes used up to the moment you tell us about your withdrawal, compared with all classes of the bundle.
